for Marriage is 18 years old. Under 18 needs parental consent.
- Residency is not required for bride or groom.
- Both bride and groom must be present to apply and sign the license.
- Blood tests are required and should be done in DC or on a DHR36
card, which is valid for 30 days.
- You need to bring a valid photo ID.
- If previously married, you need a certificate of divorce or
death.
- Marriage License Cost: $45.00 (Cash)
- There is a five day waiting period to receive your license.
