He is very confrontational and vague about what he'll be doing. He is big on what he "can't" do and not very helpful with what he "can" do. I also know our hotel person thinks they do a very poor job in an m.c. type of roll. I was having band nightmares last night and that is certainly not what anyone needs in addition to all the rest-
