In response to my initial email, I am totally frustrated with them. Mike does NOT how to deal with brides and is very unaccomadating. In hindsight I would not have chosen them as he has been very bad to deal with and has greatly increased my stress level. The band needs to be able to do more than play (deal with people well, m.c., etc) and I am not convinced they will do this on my big day.
