My daughter and her husband used the Tortilla Factory in Herndon 6 years ago; the price was reasonable, they brought some decorations, everyone enjoyed the food and casual atmosphere. We also had the reception the next day at our home, but the tone was completely different.
We are using Australian Outback to cater our son's rehearsal dinner on October 5th this fall; their prices are a bit higher but bear in mind they roll all the charges into a flat price.
