: My fiancee and I are also having a backyard bbq rehearsal dinner -- for about 100 people! We are having Red, Hot and Blue cater it. For a pretty reasonable price, they come and set up, serve and then clean up and pack up. My fiancee did most of the planning, so I do not have exact numbers on it all. But, we thought it was a good deal. There are other BBQ places that do the same -- Rockland's has a catering arm as well.
