We are getting quotes for a buffet brunch, and have talked to several of those caterers. Festive Foods, Windows, and Catering Co. of Washington all came in at around $80+ a head, including rentals of everything (must bring in all tables, chairs, etc.) - add on liquor tax and tip and we'll hit $100 a head with those. The coordinator at my site recommended Matters of Taste as cheaper - their proposal perhaps had more food (albeit simpler sounding) but actually was only a few dollars a head cheaper. I wish I knew how to find someone for less - please email me if you find a good source! I would get a quote from Windows or someplace like that but I think that they (and Occassions, B&B, Design, etc.) are all on the pricey end. Try the less known ones on your list perhaps.
I don't think it was on your list but I have heard that Elkridge Furnace Inn's catering does nice dinners for a bit less than the usual rate.
